Fruits  contain vitamin ,minerals,fibre and water  and ideal to consume four to five servings in a day.every balanced diet needs fruits .fruits keep us a good bowel system.we have to eat fruits everyday.
There are lots of fruits.they are lovi pineapple,woodapple,velvet,apple,roseapple,pears,mango,guava,avocado,banana,le-mon,strawberry etc. We have to eat more fruits and vegetables.
Fruits are the most attractive,delicious and enjoyable of all natural foods. Fruits contain vitamin C.Vitamin c absorbs iron and calcium.
For preventing diseases we have to eat more fruits.Eating more and more fruits will beautify  us.fruits are very udeful to our health.
